The Privacy Policy defines the rules on data processing and the protection of personal data transmitted by the Users of the www.awir.net.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Website.

1. The controller of the personal data contained on the Website is AWIR Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. with its registered office in Ruda Śląska, ul. Szyb Walenty 32, NIP (Tax Identification No.) 6412445051, REGON (Polish Business Registry No.) 6412445051, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
2. The Website collects information about Users entered into forms on the basis of the consent granted by such Users.
3. The data transfered are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a given form, e.g. in order to answer a given question.
4. The User who has entered data into a form has the right to:
   1. access, modify, and delete their personal data,
   2. restrict the processing and request that the processing of their personal data ceases at any time,
   3. withdraw their consent at any time - the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before the withdrawal,
   4. transfer data to another data controller
   5. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. The personal data entered by the User in a form will be processed for a period no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were provided and until legal, accounting. and tax obligations of the Controller exist as well as until time limits for bringing actions expire. If the consent for personal data to be processed has been granted, personal data will be processed until it is withdrawn.
6. The Controller exercises due care to provide adequate personal data safeguards, in particular against making such data available to unauthorised persons.
7. The personal data provided may be made available only to entities that have a legal basis resulting from the laws of Poland.
8. The website uses the services of suppliers who process the User's personal data only at the request of the Administrator. They provide services:
   1. chat function (Tawk.to),
9. The entities collecting and processing personal data on the Website are mainly from Poland and from the member countries of the European Economic Area (EEA). Several service providers are located outside the EEA (e.g. Google Inc. has its registered office in the USA and provides Google Analytics – a web analytics service ). These entitiles are not obliged to comply with the principles set out in the framework of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield concerning the collection, use, and storage of personal data of European Union citizens (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield) and contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
10. Legal basis for the processing of personal data:
    1. Act of 18 July 2002 on Rendering Electronic Services;
    2. Act of 16 July 2004 – Law on Telecommunications;
    3. Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC; (GDPR).

Cookie policy

Cookies are IT data stored on Users' terminal equipment intended for using websites.

1. The www.awir.net.pl website does not collect any information automatically, except for information contained in cookies. Such information includes: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, user's navigation path, and times on subpages.
2. The Controller may used cookies to:
   1. improve the usability of the website and to adapt its content to individual User's preferences
   2. create anonymous statistics based on Google Analytics (analysing Users' activity on the website and demographic data) excluding the possibility of Users' identification
   3. display remarketing ads using Google AdWords to the Users who have visited the website
   4. display personalised ads, tailored to the interests of the users and their online behaviour

Safety policy

1. The User of the website should ensure the safety of their devices that have access to the Internet. The device should have an antivirus program with a current virus definition database, a current and secure version of the web browser and the firewall enabled.
2. It is recommended to enable anti-phishing filters (tools) in the web browser, which check whether the website displayed is authentic and is not used for phishing purposes, e.g. by impersonating an institution or a given economic entity.
3. Caution is recommended when opening attachments or clicking on links in e-mails that the User did not expect, for example from unknown senders. In case of doubt, it is worth contacting the sender, e.g. by phone.
4. Files should only be downloaded from trusted sites. It is highly risky to install software from unverified sources.
5. The User of the website using a home Wi-Fi network should set a safe and difficult Wi-Fi password. It is also recommended to use the highest possible standards of wireless Wi-Fi network encryption which can be run on your equipment, such as WPA2.
